1. About Barkshirt

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must include all original tags and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
